In our series, all roads lead home, which I particularly like. That makes it easier to understand that no choice is the &ldquo;wrong&rdquo; one.<\/p>\n<p>My grandpa used to say:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&ldquo;If it&rsquo;s a hard choice, neither one is wrong.&rdquo;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>and I&rsquo;ve appreciated how much easier that advice has made it for me to make really hard choices. Since not making a choice is usually a choice in itself that I may not want to make (or so <em>they<\/em> say), his advice stops me from freezing up. Go ahead and read that sentence again, it took me a while to type it right and I&rsquo;m still not sure&hellip; \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>So, without further ado, a silly game of would you rather to play together:<br>\nwould you rather&hellip;<br>\n1. go for a walk <em>or<\/em> sit and read a book<br>\n2. have a PBJ sandwich <em>or<\/em> have a PB and honey sandwich<br>\n3. play a musical instrument <em>or<\/em> sing<br>\n4. sleep late <em>or<\/em> get up early<br>\n5. eat a blade of grass <em>or<\/em> eat a bug leg<br>\n6. have a paper cut <em>or<\/em> get a hang nail<br>\n7. tell a story <em>or<\/em> have someone tell you a story<br>\n8. have your cheek pinched <em>or<\/em> get a sloppy wet kiss<br>\n9. make a snowman <em>or<\/em> throw snowballs<br>\n10. go to the beach <em>or<\/em> climb a mountain<br>\n11. eat something salty <em>or<\/em> something sweet<br>\n12. have a pillow fight <em>or<\/em> a water gun fight<br>\n13. wear shoes <em>or<\/em> go barefoot<br>\n14. get tickled <em>or<\/em> raspberried<br>\n15. go somewhere with your favorite person <em>or<\/em> have them come to your house<\/p>\n<p>Let me know of any other good, clean &ldquo;would you rather&rdquo;s &ndash; they can be a great inspiration for writing!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>***special note: for those of you following our self-publishing journey, we had a meeting with a printer this week.
